Just learning about triggers and I'm created the following trigger;

CREATE TRIGGER `incremental_before_ins_tr` BEFORE INSERT ON incremental`
FOR EACH ROW
BEGIN

where msisdn = new.msisdn order by dat DESC limit 1);
END;
